About DXB
Desmonde X. Bennett is an attorney licensed in both Louisiana and Wisconsin. She joined the Louisiana bar in 2011 after graduating from Loyola New Orleans College of Law, cum laude. In law school, Desmonde served on law review and moot court, clerked with two Louisiana Supreme Court justices, and served as SBA President during her third year. After graduating, she spent several years representing plaintiffs in Louisiana civil cases.
In 2017, Desmonde began a consulting business offering litigation services to other lawyers, including research, aggressive motion practice, effective appeals, and strategy sessions. She has an 80% success rate establishing liability via summary judgment in contested rear-end and left-hand turn collision cases. Because she works with so many plaintiffs’ attorneys throughout the country, Desmonde has a wealth of knowledge regarding common litigation pitfalls and their solutions.
In April of 2019, Desmonde was also admitted to the Wisconsin Bar Association. She uses her legal expertise to directly serve small business clients in Louisiana and Wisconsin.
Desmonde now resides primarily in Ohio, but she continues to practice remotely in Louisiana and Wisconsin. In her free time, Desmonde enjoys running ultras and marathons, fishing, hunting, and cooking.
